August 8th was my baby shower and it was absolutely amazing! I am so honored to have such wonderful family and unbelievable group of friends. I was truly blessed beyond measure! Everything was more than I could have hoped for or imagined. The room was explosively fun and full of color...just what I wanted! My niece Grace greeted everyone at the door with a lei while hula music played in the background...the food table was covered with the most beautiful and delicious creations...all of my guest were dressed in casual/luau attire...it was if we had traveled to the tropics! My brother even mailed my mom some luau themed cookie cutters for the shower! Ben & I received so many wonderful gifts, and are now more than ready for the baby to come, but the greatest gift was having so many close friends and family to celebrate the baby with! My only regret is that I didn't get more pictures...I don't even have one of me with my mom and my sister! (They were too busy running around making sure everything ran smoothly.) Thankfully I did get a few nice ones that aren't too blurry (my camera was acting up) and hopefully I can get more from other friends/family who were taking pictures too.
